1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ii89 ("ii89," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ii89 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at ii89.club and its associated subdomains.

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the ii89 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the ii89 platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the ii89 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. ii89 enforces this requirement without exception.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of your use of the platform.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ii89, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the ii89 platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.

ii89 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of ii89 services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. ii89 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ii89 account.
• Notify ii89 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ii89 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements, ii89 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID).
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name).

Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification. ii89 will not be liable for any delays in processing withdrawals caused by a player's failure to provide required documentation in a timely manner.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. ii89 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your ii89 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. ii89 does not accept credit card gambling deposits, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. ii89 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. ii89 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.3 Currency. All transactions on the ii89 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ii89 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or digital assets.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ii89 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• ii89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.

7. Responsible Gaming

ii89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who wish to use these tools may access them through their account settings or by contacting ii89 customer support.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the ii89 platform:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempting to defraud ii89 or any other player, including through the use of software exploits, bots, or artificial intelligence tools designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the ii89 platform or its underlying software.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ii89 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of ii89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ii89 content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ii89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. ii89's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ii89 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ii89 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ii89's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games.

11. Privacy

ii89 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the ii89 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments

ii89 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the ii89 platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ii89 platform shall first be submitted to ii89 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
